ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (Project Lead) in the Demonstration and Assessment Team Branch (W41), Battle Lab Division, Warfighter Defense and Systems Integration Department of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. You will be leading change and leading employees, achieve results, and build coalitions in a geographically dispersed multi-disciplined organization. You will possess a demonstrated high-level of business acumen while being skilled at effectively dealing with multiple issues simultaneously, meeting stringent deadlines. You will require the ability to successfully and effectively communicate orally and in writing and the ability to translate new technological advances into capabilities to meet naval requirements. You will work directly with flag officers, senior civilian officials, and senior business government leaders. You will require knowledge of joint and coalition operations/exercises. You will plan, organize, and coordinate discovery, investigation and innovation of S and T efforts to explore potential solutions sets for existing and envisioned war-fighting capability gap. You require skills in enhancing greater requirements definition, gain user input and direction while simultaneously introducing new techniques or technology to the user utilizing, and facilitating the Operational Force Integration and Engagement. You will be required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) security clearance.
