Accountabilities

    • Support relationships with external partners through regular communication, follow-ups, and coordination of service-related activities.
    • Manage incoming customer enquiries across phone, email, and digital communication channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
    • Guide new customers through onboarding processes for residential services, helping create a smooth transition experience.
    • Coordinate with service providers and suppliers to manage registrations, monitor progress, and resolve operational issues.
    • Maintain accurate records, update internal tracking systems, manage workflows, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions.
    • Support partner communication by providing updates and confirming successful customer onboarding milestones.
    • Assist with digital outreach initiatives, professional networking activities, and the creation of content for online channels.
    • Perform general administrative tasks to support efficient daily operations and business continuity.
    • Requirements

      • 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations coordination, or a related support role.
      • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence interacting professionally through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
      • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining reliability, accountability, and productivity.
      • Comfortable using digital communication and productivity tools, including Google Workspace, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
      • Experience supporting customer onboarding, client success, or operational processes is an advantage.
      • Previous exposure to property, real estate, utilities, or related industries is beneficial.
      • Basic experience creating digital content or supporting online outreach initiatives is a plus.
      • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
      • Legal authorization to work as an independent contractor in South Africa.
