Accountabilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships with regional and enterprise partners.
    • Oversee partner performance by monitoring key metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, revenue, and margins, and deliver regular performance insights and recommendations.
    • Lead monthly business reviews and support leadership discussions by preparing data-driven analyses and actionable partnership strategies.
    • Manage partner operational workflows, including digital customer journeys, technical integrations, API functionality, compliance requirements, and brand alignment.
    • Identify opportunities to improve partner outcomes through testing, optimization initiatives, and performance analysis.
    • Drive monetization opportunities by identifying ways to increase revenue per transaction and supporting discussions around compensation models and incentive structures.
    • Manage partnership administration, including contract updates, commission reconciliation, compliance coordination, and internal process alignment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges, improve partner experiences, and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
    • Use data and insights to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and continuously improve partnership performance.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, business operations, or a related field.
      • Experience managing relationships with large regional or national organizations, preferably within telecommunications, home services, utilities, insurance, or related industries.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Looker or similar business intelligence platforms.
      • Ability to analyze performance trends, build forecasts, and translate data into clear business recommendations.
      • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex operational processes, technical requirements, and partner initiatives.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to mid-level and senior stakeholders.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, partners, and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
      • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results independently.
      • Technical fluency, including familiarity with APIs, data integrations, reporting systems, and digital platforms.
      • Experience with SaaS environments, performance marketing, or performance-based compensation models such as CPC, CPL, or CPA is preferred.
      • Understanding of customer relocation journeys, home services ecosystems, or essential service integrations is a plus.
