Skills and CompetenciesMinimum 8 years of progressive experience in procurement operations, purchasing, procure-to-pay (P2P), procurement transformation, and global program support across corporate card, travel, contingent workforce, and third-party labor operations within complex global organizationsDeep expertise in end-to-end procurement processes, purchasing operations, procurement controls, intake orchestration, catalog management, punchout programs, purchase order optimization, and payment operationsDemonstrated success leading global, cross-functional teams and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives through influence, collaboration, and change leadershipProven ability to leverage automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital workflow technologies to improve operational efficiency, compliance, stakeholder experience, and business outcomesAdvanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadershipExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with experience influencing senior leaders across Finance, Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Risk, and business functionsExperience implementing, optimizing, or enhancing enterprise procurement S2P platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zip, Oro or similar solutions) is preferred, particularly within large-scale, global organizationsUnderstanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business processes and drive efficiency through AI-enabled solutions; experience leveraging AI, automation, and digital workflow technologies within procurement operations is a plusEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field requiredAdvanced degree (MBA or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline) preferredResponsibilitiesLead the enterprise purchasing strategy and operational excellence agenda by driving global...
