Identity Intelligence Analyst
Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a mid-level Identity Intelligence Analyst to perform all-source intelligence discovery and analysis to support identity resolution and national screening and vetting efforts. The analyst will conduct targeted research and analysis, evaluate results against existing available information, and close intelligence gaps regarding threats to the United States. The analyst will actively and fully participate in quality control and quality assurance initiatives to enhance threat mitigation activities. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable operating within structured processes that result in high production output.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to identify patterns, assess risks, and calculate intent;
- Validating, discovering, and enriching screening and vetting data with new and relevant information in accordance with existing policies and procedures;
- Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;
- Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;
- Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree;
- Must demonstrate flexibility and be willing and able to work on a team that supports 16x7 coverage, including weekends and holidays;
- Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle;
- Excellent attention to detail, and willingness and ability to work within existing standard operating procedures;
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting national-level customers;
- Experience working in the customer’s operational environment;
- Experience leveraging customer tools and databases to develop analytic products;
- Experience with social network analysis and/or dynamic network analysis
