Accountabilities:
- Define and lead the enterprise AI innovation strategy aligned with business priorities, customer outcomes, and long-term transformation goals.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that drive growth, efficiency, risk reduction, and competitive differentiation.
- Own and manage a multi-horizon AI innovation roadmap and portfolio across experimentation, pilots, and scalable solutions.
- Lead AI experimentation and prototyping efforts through an Innovation Lab, ensuring structured execution and measurable outcomes.
- Establish frameworks for rapid prototyping, solution validation, and vendor or technology evaluation.
- Build and manage external AI ecosystems, including partnerships with startups, venture capital firms, research institutions, and technology providers.
- Monitor emerging AI trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations for enterprise investment and capability development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA or technical discipline) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in innovation, digital transformation, or emerging technology roles, with strong exposure to AI/ML.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, machine learning concepts, data-driven product development, and modern AI technologies.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale innovation initiatives and translate ideas into scalable business solutions.
- Strong experience building and managing external partnerships across startups, venture ecosystems, or research organizations.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and communicating complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and change management capabilities in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in regulated or complex industries (e.g., financial services) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative leadership style.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 20% as needed.

- Annual salary range of approximately $160,000–$210,000, depending on experience and location
