Accountabilities:

    • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving web applications using React on the frontend and Java/Spring Boot on the backend, ensuring scalable and high-quality delivery across the full stack.
    • In charge of building and maintaining REST APIs, integrating internal and external systems, analyzing production issues, and implementing improvements focused on performance, stability, and user experience.
    • Actively participates in technical design, code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies, contributing to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
    • Supports production environments by analyzing logs, metrics, and incidents, ensuring fast root cause identification and effective resolution of issues.
    • Provides technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, promoting knowledge sharing and raising overall team capability.
    • Requirements:

      • Strong experience as a FullStack Developer working with React, JavaScript (ES6+), Java, and Spring Boot in production environments.
      • Solid knowledge of REST API development, object-oriented programming, clean code principles, SOLID, and software design patterns.
      • Experience with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle), including SQL writing, data modeling, and ORM tools like JPA or Hibernate.
      • Proven ability to work with testing frameworks, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
      • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues, interpret logs, and implement effective, long-term solutions.
      • Excellent communication, autonomy, organization, and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
