Entertainment Coordinator
The Entertainment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Entertainment Team and Marketing Department in maintaining a positive front-of-house experience for entertainment shows at The Pantheon. This role performs administrative duties and coordinates front-of-house needs, including scheduling and managing ushers and volunteer staff on show days. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to foster a positive, guest-focused atmosphere.
Schedule ushers monthly and coordinate ushers and volunteer staff on show days
Update and maintain the entertainment calendar, trackers, and department inventory
Ensure entertainment signage is properly displayed and removed when appropriate
Troubleshoot ticketing issues and resolve guest complaints and requests on show days
Assist management with ticketing and box office operations through Ticketmaster (Archtics & TM1)
Program ticket scanners and provide ticket scanning reports to IT
Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, including casino VIP guests
Provide additional operational support to Thread Bar & Pool Entertainment
Perform other duties as assigned
Must be 21 years of age or older upon employment.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in gaming, entertainment, or hospitality preferred
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain composure and deliver excellent guest service in all situations
Working knowledge of Ticketmaster systems (Archtics, Host, TM1) preferred
Wage: $20.00 per hour

Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule

Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, and work at a desk or counter when performing job functions
