Provides project management support for Customer’s fuels (tanks, pipelines, pumps, filters, hydrant systems, loading and unloading facilities, automation, and other infrastructure) and non-fuels facilities.
Provides project management support for Military Construction (MILCON) and Host Nation Funded Construction (HNFC) projects.
Serves as the project design and construction manager directly responsible for accomplishment of major construction projects.
Oversees the installations master planning efforts which includes: master plan studies documenting requirements, deficiencies and excesses, provides recommendations to ensure that mid and long term requirements are identified and satisfied.
Provides expert engineering guidance and advice relative to annual Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) programs and projects, work classification determinations, site approvals, recurring maintenance plans.
Provides expert engineering guidance and advice relative to fire protection, environmental, security issues, safety issues, sustainable design principles, energy conservation, real estate acquisition issues, and life cycle cost analysis.
Represents the customer during site visits, project planning, design, and construction from initial request to final acceptance, and transfer of completed facilities to sponsors/host activities.
Determines and validates installations repair and improvement requirements, and develops projects for new construction, repair or alteration of installations as required.
Coordinates with host nations, state and local authorities, and regulatory personnel on inter- and intra-governmental matters regarding economic, social, ecological, and matters related to the execution of engineering and environmental programs.
