Accountabilities:
- Lead or support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations, providing end-to-end consulting across design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into system solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
- Configure SAP Payroll/ECP systems, ensuring accurate schema processing, personnel calculation rules, and integration with related HR modules.
- Provide quality assurance, risk assessment, and troubleshooting support across multiple client projects and environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration between SAP modules and external HR systems.
- Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support long-term system maintenance and adoption.
- Stay current with SAP releases and enhancements, ensuring solutions reflect the latest platform capabilities and standards.
- Support project execution with occasional travel (up to 25%) for client engagements as needed.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including hands-on configuration and implementation work.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior consulting role delivering SAP Payroll or ECP solutions for US-based clients.
- Strong understanding of SAP payroll schema processing, personnel calculation rules, and HR system integration points.
- Experience running client workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into system configurations.
- Strong consulting, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Deep attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex system environments.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors certifications, experience with international payroll, replication configuration, SAP ECC Benefits integration, ABAP exposure, or team leadership experience.
