Operating in a data-driven environment, you will continuously test and refine messaging based on real performance signals. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on impact in niche vertical markets such as real estate and multifamily.

Accountabilities:

You will own platform positioning and messaging strategy, ensuring a cohesive narrative that clearly articulates differentiation, value, and outcomes across the full funnel. You will build and refine persona-based messaging frameworks, ensuring they resonate across awareness, consideration, conversion, and expansion stages.

    • Define and evolve platform positioning as the organization transitions from point solutions to an integrated offering
    • Develop messaging frameworks tailored to key personas and buyer segments in specialized B2B markets
    • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to embed messaging across all touchpoints
    • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for launches, campaigns, and product initiatives
    • Guide creation of core sales and marketing assets, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across channels
    • Analyze performance data (pipeline, win rates, engagement) to refine positioning and inform iteration
    • Ensure alignment between evolving product capabilities and market-facing messaging
    • Requirements:

You bring several years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with proven ownership of positioning and messaging strategy rather than primarily execution-focused content work. You have experience influencing cross-functional teams and translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive measurable business outcomes.

      • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments
      • Proven experience shaping platform or multi-product positioning strategies
      • Strong full-funnel marketing understanding across acquisition, conversion, and expansion
      • Experience working within or marketing to niche or vertical markets (real estate experience a plus)
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to validate and refine messaging decisions
      • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
      • Strong writing and storytelling abilities with a focus on clarity and business impact
      • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, or Google Workspace is a plus
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary ($120,000–$135,000) plus bonus opportunity
        • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
        • 401(k) retirement plan
        • Paid time off and company holidays
        • Life and disability insurance coverage
        • Remote-first work environment (US-based eligibility required)
        • Additional employee benefits and wellness support programs
