Junior Clinical Support Specialist - Western region
What you will do:
Independently managing routine clinical tasks, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliances.
Proactively identifies client's needs.
Escalates complex cases to Stryker’s senior team members.
Audit theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory, ensuring good asset management practice, utilization of delivered stock, and stock rotation.
Attend cases and service existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment
Conducting trials and evaluations of products in both theatre and the clinical environment as and when required
Providing theatre and wider HCP staff within depth training on Stryker products
Understanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker business to offer customers the best possible solution at all times
Implementation of training, provision of instruments and implementation of new Stryker business
Provides theatre and other HCP staff training on Stryker products. This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medical, biomedical or a related field.
A first experience in the field as clinical support/ application specialist, nurse or biomedical engineer.
Experience in clinical, theatre work environment
Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
Valid KSA driving license.
Preferred:
Experience in implants, orthopedics, or disposables.
