Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA:Salary Range: $56,500 - $73,400Annual Bonus EligibilityComprehensive Benefits PackagePaid Time Off401k & Company MatchPosition SummaryThe Transformation Project Analyst supports Growth and Productivity workstreams through business performance analysis, opportunity identification, portfolio reporting, and project execution support. This role analyzes business trends, performance gaps, and initiative results to generate actionable insights that improve decision-making and accelerate value delivery. In addition, the analyst supports transformation governance, project tracking, and portfolio management activities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct root-cause analyses to determine drivers of performance variance against targets and KPIs.Develop insights and recommendations for workstream leaders based on performance data and business trends.Support opportunity assessments by quantifying business impact, implementation complexity, and expected value.Partner with Transformation Managers and Workstream leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize improvement opportunities.Collect, analyze, and interpret project, operational, financial, and commercial performance data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and value opportunities.Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for leadership reviews.Monitor project performance and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Translate complex datasets into executive-ready insights and recommendations.Facilitate communication across project teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.Track and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.2–5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, supply chain, or related functions.Experience analyzing business performance metrics and identifying actionable improvement opportunities.Strong capability in trend analysis, root-cause analysis, forecasting, and performance diagnostics.Experience developing business cases and quantifying value opportunities.Experience creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.Key CompetenciesBusiness Performance AnalysisReporting and Dashboard DevelopmentFinancial AnalysisAttention to DetailCommunication SkillsProblem SolvingThe physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
