Accountabilities:

    As Product Manager for Aseptic Packaging solutions, you will be responsible for driving product positioning, supporting commercial activities, and ensuring successful project execution across the region. Key responsibilities include:

    • Supporting Regional Sales Managers during customer presentations, technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution development activities.
    • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry engagement initiatives.
    • Acting as the subject matter expert for aseptic filling and sterile processing equipment, maintaining deep product and market knowledge.
    • Participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and customer meetings to ensure technical alignment and a positive customer experience.
    • Reviewing customer requirements and validating that proposed solutions meet technical and operational expectations.
    • Maintaining accurate opportunity data, project updates, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
    • Monitoring sales pipelines, project milestones, schedules, and potential risks to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinating with customers and third-party stakeholders to obtain approvals, documentation, and required project deliverables.
    • Collaborating closely with after-sales teams to remain informed on installation performance and ongoing support needs.
    • Delivering product training and technical updates to commercial teams as new features and solutions are introduced.
    • Gathering customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support product improvements and strategic planning.
    • Supporting forecasting activities and contributing to the continuous development of aseptic packaging solutions.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in pharmaceutical processing equipment with strong communication and project management skills. Desired qualifications include:

      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, aseptic filling systems, or related technical environments.
      • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), aseptic processing principles, and pharmaceutical equipment validation processes.
      • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and customer-oriented solutions.
      • Experience supporting technical sales processes and managing customer-facing projects.
      • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
      • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking capabilities.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Customer-focused and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
      • High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and project follow-up.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
      • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within North America and Europe, with estimated travel requirements of 40% to 60%.
