Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers across multiple states, ensuring strong performance and consistent execution of sales strategies
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and disciplined sales processes using CRM tools to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Build and maintain long-term executive relationships with key industrial customers and strategic partners
- Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of sales talent to build a high-performing organization
- Drive adoption and clear communication of digital and industrial transformation solutions across customer accounts
- Collaborate internally with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support complex, multi-region opportunities
- Leverage industry expertise and distribution networks to expand market reach and close strategic deals
- 8+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in sales leadership or management roles
- Background in industrial automation, manufacturing technology, systems integration, or related technical industries
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, IIoT, or industrial technology solutions preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing sales teams across multi-state or regional territories
- Experience working with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, and large enterprise customers
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop sales strategy and execute against revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% of the time
