Role responsibilities

The Marine Engineer (Trainer) will be responsible for researching, planning, and developing training policies, curricula, and instructional materials, as well as delivering training instruction for Military Sealift Command personnel. This role involves both training development (75%) and training instruction (25%).

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of marine engineering experience, including 4 years in engineering management. Additional qualifications include the ability to obtain a security clearance and physical capabilities for training onboard vessels.
