Accountabilities

    • Lead and manage the scheduling team to maximize utilization of authorized therapy hours and ensure clients receive the services they need.
    • Monitor scheduling workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to achieve utilization goals.
    • Analyze scheduling data, including authorized versus delivered hours, to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Collaborate with clinicians, behavioral health professionals, and operational teams to proactively resolve scheduling challenges.
    • Communicate regularly with families and internal stakeholders to address service gaps and improve care coordination.
    • Train, coach, and support scheduling team members to strengthen performance and achieve operational targets.
    • Develop and implement tools, reporting processes, and best practices to improve scheduling efficiency.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall client experience and quality of care.
    • Requirements

      • 2+ years of experience in healthcare scheduling, utilization management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
      • Experience working in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or another clinical care environment is preferred.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Experience leading, coaching, or supporting team members toward performance goals.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify operational improvements.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, staff, and families.
      • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
      • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and supporting children and families through better access to care.
      • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative remote team environment.
