Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleSets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems(e.g., mechanical, electrical). Valuates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Performs equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available.Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedMasters/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) with 2 years of relevant working experiences.Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic and hands-on approach.Good communications and interpersonal skills.Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials,  tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents .#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
