This role is a high-impact commercial position focused on building and expanding strategic partnerships across the payments ecosystem in Latin America. You will manage relationships with acquirers, banks, alternative payment methods, and fraud and risk providers, driving integration success and long-term business growth. Acting at the intersection of business development, product, and strategy, you will play a key role in scaling a global payments infrastructure platform across the region. The position requires strong ownership of partner portfolios, from onboarding through ongoing performance management and expansion. You will also contribute to joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling strategies, and ecosystem development efforts. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role within a fast-paced fintech environment where partnership success directly impacts revenue and market expansion.

Accountabilities:

    • Own and manage end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of strategic partners, including acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk providers.
    • Drive partner growth by ensuring engagement, activation, and performance within the ecosystem.
    • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with commercial and product strategies.
    • Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, SLAs, and partnership terms in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
    • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, referrals, and co-selling opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support integrations, merchant acquisition, and retention.
    • Lead onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring smooth technical and commercial alignment.
    • Organize QBRs, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with key partners.
    • Monitor partner performance metrics and proactively resolve issues to ensure ecosystem health.
    • Represent the company at industry events and contribute market insights on LATAM payments trends.
    • Requirements:

      • 2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within fintech, payments, or financial services.
      • Strong experience managing relationships with acquirers, banks, PSPs, APMs, or fraud/risk solution providers.
      • Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including acquiring, issuing, networks, and alternative payment methods.
      • Experience working with or within the Brazilian market is required.
      • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple complex partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.
      • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting partnership KPIs.
      • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams.
      • Native or fluent Portuguese and professional English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
      • Based in Brazil, preferably São Paulo.
