About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join Johnson Controls’ Fire Suppression team. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career supporting the design, development and delivery of fire protection and suppression systems across a range of applications.

Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll gain exposure to safety-critical systems, contributing to key engineering activities while developing your technical skills in a collaborative, global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of fire suppression systems and components
  • Assist with engineering calculations, analysis and technical documentation
  • Contribute to project delivery and system integration activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality and industry standards

About You:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Interest in fire protection, safety systems, or mechanical design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within Johnson Controls
