Equities Execution Support Specialist, Senior Associate, Singapore

SingaporeFull-timePosted Jul 13, 2026

BNY’s Markets business provides financing, execution, liquidity and collateral solutions that are integrated with BNY’s broader asset servicing ecosystem.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced equities professional to join our Agency Equities Execution Services team, initially supporting order routing oversight, execution monitoring, and staged order resolution across Equities and Spot FX, with the opportunity to grow into a broader execution capability as our Equities support model scales. The role is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time order flow across agency execution channels, identifying and escalating exceptions, breaks, or routing anomalies
  • Oversee staged and unfilled orders through to resolution, liaising with stakeholders as appropriate
  • Support monitoring of Spot FX flow for a defined period, ensuring consistent oversight standards are applied across asset classes
  • Partner with Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to identify process improvements and support the evolution of the Equities support model from initial launch to scaled state
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails in line with internal controls and regulatory expectations
  • Build strong working knowledge of order routing logic, execution venues, and market structure to support increasing scope of responsibility over time
  • Contribute to the design of scalable workflows, controls, and escalation procedures as the function matures
  • Stay current on relevant market structure developments and execution-related regulatory change

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in an equities-focused execution, trading support or sales trading role within an investment bank, broker-dealer, or custody/agency environment
  • Strong understanding of equity order lifecycle, execution venues, and order routing principles; exposure to Spot FX execution or operations is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of relevant market structure and regulatory frameworks and an interest in how these shape execution practice
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving execution issues accurately and efficiently
  • Comfortable operating in a role with an evolving scope — able to work within defined initial responsibilities while demonstrating the capability and judgement to take on broader execution functions over time
  • Relevant licenses/qualifications appropriate to the jurisdiction are desirable; candidates without current registrations but with a clear pathway to obtaining them will be considered
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology functions
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered
