In Operations (Client Operations), we partner with Securities Services, TTS and cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end client experience, efficiency and controls at scale.In this role, you will be the face of Client Service for premier institutional clients in Japan—bridging local market complexity with Citi’s global strengths—while driving digitization, process optimization and risk management.
