Accountabilities

    • Manage the full lifecycle of strategic client accounts, with responsibility for renewals, customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and overall net revenue growth.
    • Develop and execute account expansion strategies by identifying new business units, stakeholders, product opportunities, and emerging client needs.
    • Build strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers to strengthen long-term partnerships and expand engagement across organizations.
    • Lead contract renewal and commercial negotiations while identifying opportunities to increase account value.
    • Translate new product capabilities into tailored business recommendations that address specific client objectives and market challenges.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
    • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to resolve client challenges and create new expansion opportunities.
    • Share customer feedback and market insights to help shape future product development and strategic initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • 6+ years of account management or client-facing experience within a data, SaaS, analytics, or research organization.
      • Experience managing enterprise clients within the CPG, grocery, retail, restaurant, or related industries; commerce media experience is a plus.
      • Proven track record of growing existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account expansion.
      • Strong experience negotiating with executive stakeholders, including VP-level and senior leadership.
      • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, category, and performance data to uncover business opportunities.
      • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with a consultative approach to client engagement.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently managing priorities in a remote work environment.

        • Base salary of $140,000–$150,000 USD, based on experience.
