$230,000.00/yr - $293,000.00/yr
Meta is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, curious compensation manager who will build and implement strategic, competitive, and data-driven equity and executive compensation solutions.In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence, driving the strategic direction for complex, high-impact initiatives while serving as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams. Successful candidates will be execution-minded professionals who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and earn credibility and trust across all levels of the organization. You will demonstrate strategic agility - pivoting seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution - and can successfully execute in a high-velocity, deadline-driven environment where accountability and precision are paramount.Executive and Equity Compensation Manager Responsibilities:Develop and implement market leading equity compensation strategies tailored for a hyper-competitive, AI-driven talent market.Deliver Meta’s annual equity and executive compensation cycles, using real-time data and insights to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation.Lead the design and governance of Meta’s executive compensation structures for base pay and ongoing equity, ensuring rates continue to attract and retain industry leading talent and reflect evolving market conditions.Conduct and review market research and benchmarking studies to ensure Meta’s executive and equity compensation programs remain at the forefront of industry best practices.Synthesize complex...
