We manufacture the Redipor® range of microbiological media and offer specialised air monitoring and decontamination equipment — all backed by ISO 9001 certification.AnalytiChem UK is part of the AnalytiChem Group, a global company with 600+ employees across Europe, North America, and Australia, on an exciting journey of continued growth and innovation.About the RoleWe're looking for a QA Officer to join our small, dedicated quality team and help maintain our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. This is a fully onsite, full-time role (Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00), reporting to the QA Manager.You'll play a hands-on role across the full quality function - from product release and non-conformance management to internal audits and document control.Key Responsibilities:Support and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemLead on product release, non-conformances, complaints, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processesCoordinate and participate in internal audits; support third-party auditsMaintain cleanroom environmental monitoring records and reportsSupport document control and QA KPI reportingDeputy for the QA Manager when requiredYour ProfileYou're detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working across teams. You bring:Minimum 1 year of experience in a QA role (manufacturing experience is a MUST)Solid understanding of ISO 9001 implementation and maintenanceExperience with eQMS, CAPA, and complaint management is a must haveStrong MS Office skillsA proactive, team-focused approach with excellent communication skillsWhat We Offer25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increasing with service)Company pension with 5% employer contributionLife Assurance (2x salary)Company Sick PayEmployee Assistance Programme (24/7, includes counselling)Personal Accident and Group Income Protection cover (service-based)Please Note: This role is based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
