Senior Director A320 Operations - Takted (Mobility)

Role responsibilities

Lead the operations team for the A320 Final Assembly Line, ensuring production goals are met on time, quality, and cost. Manage a large team and implement continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Quality Management, or Aerospace Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation, including 5 years in a production environment. Leadership experience in continuous improvement and knowledge of aviation production and quality rules are also necessary.
