People Operations Specialist - Maternity Leave Coverage

We're a global cybersecurity company looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Israel site. This role sits at the heart of our HR operations - owning the day-to-day employee’s employment life cycle, from onboarding through offboarding, while helping connect our local processes with global People Operations standards.

You'll be part of the IL People Team and work closely with our global People Ops team to align local practices with company-wide processes, and make sure that what we do here in Israel is consistent with how things work across the organization - while also reflecting local needs and requirements.


What You’ll Do:

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Handle employment changes such as promotions, transfers, and role or salary updates

  • Maintain employee files and employment documentation

  • Manage vacation, leave of absence, and parental leave processes

HR Data, Systems & Global Alignment

  • Own and maintain our HRIS systems

  • Manage user permissions and access within HR systems

  • Prepare and issue HR documents

  • Work cross-functionally with teams like Finance on topics such as payroll, insurance, and benefits

  • Liaise with external vendors, including insurance providers

  • Support the implementation of global People Operations processes locally, helping bridge between global standards and local practice

  • Generate reports and analyze HR data

Process Improvement

  • Monitor and maintain HR policies and procedures

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency

  • Involvement in cross-organizational projects within People Operations


Who You Are:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations from Tech Company

  • Experience working with HRIS systems

  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

  • High level of English

  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and interfaces

  • Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, strong communication skills, team player, and a high sense of ownership and responsibility
