Accountabilities:
- Own and lead strategic relationships with health plan and payor organizations, acting as the primary executive-facing partner for key accounts and driving long-term alignment.
- Develop, negotiate, and close complex, multi-year contracts with payors, ensuring mutually beneficial and scalable commercial structures.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of payor opportunities through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales and partnership targets.
- Design and refine innovative contracting and reimbursement models that support value-based, at-home care delivery.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to strengthen market presence and partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, processes, and best practices for payor partnership strategy and execution.
- 7–10+ years of experience in payor sales, strategic partnerships, healthcare business development, or related commercial roles within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals, often at the executive (C-suite) level.
- Strong ability to independently build pipeline and drive opportunities from sourcing through close in competitive environments.
- Deep understanding of health plan operations, reimbursement structures, and value-based care dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate differentiated value propositions.
- Experience managing long-cycle, high-value enterprise deals with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, high accountability, and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% as needed to support client engagement and deal execution.
- Base salary of $250,000 with $250,000+ variable compensation and a separate equity package.
