State Street Global Talent Acquisition Team is currently looking for dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, who can play an essential role in identifying top talent to fuel innovation and company growth. In this position, you will leverage your recruiting experience to implement staffing strategies and provide qualified and diverse candidate pool's.
What you will be responsible for
As a Talent Acquisition, Senior Associate you will
Consult with hiring managers and other key senior stakeholders to develop hiring plans & strategy aligned with the overall business objectives, focusing on attracting top talents
Partner with stakeholders on a variety of aspects related to recruiting such as talent demand and availability, cost, industry standards, pipeline trends based on skills, sourcing methodology and other key points
What we value
Manage the end to end recruitment process for across level roles for the India business.
Ensure 100% compliance with the documentation for the end-to-end recruitment process
Manage large scale recruitment events effectively to ensure smooth process and excellent candidate experience.
Experience using online recruiting sources for job postings and resume sourcing (Workday , Naukri, and LinkedIn etc.)
Plan and coordinate recruiting events like, recruitment drives etc. to generate and manage pipelines and close junior level roles
Strategize with Hiring managers with respect to their business and hiring needs. Pre-screen candidates, evaluating candidate compatibility with specific job requirements, ensuring right fit before sourcing to Manager
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience
Prior experience using Workday is highly desired
Work experience with from Finance Operations/Banking industry will be an added advantage
Additional requirements
Should be Flexible on work timings.
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must have very good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be organized, extremely detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-tasking.
Work Requirement
4 Days work from Office
Available to work on weekends during the recruitment activities
