Senior Identity Intelligence Analyst
Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Senior Identity Intelligence Analyst with a strong commitment to teamwork to join our team at the National Media Exploitation & OSINT Center (NDOC) in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will lead critical biometric identification operations, analyze complex identity data, and provide expert guidance on biometric technologies and methodologies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct thorough identity exploitation of media, to include detecting, extracting, adjudicating and preparing identity attributes for dissemination to national databases.
- Detect, exploit, adjudicate, and disseminate digital identity attribute information in support of national intelligence requirements and operational objectives.
- Perform identity construction, identity correlation, and identity resolution operations to establish, link, and confirm identities across multiple data sources and intelligence streams.
- Create and maintain dynamic digital persona entity files, integrating biometric, biographic, and behavioral data to build comprehensive identity profiles that evolve with new intelligence.
- Create digital identity or associated device network development and visualize findings via Analyst Notebook, producing link analysis charts and network diagrams to support targeting and investigative workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve identification systems and processes.
- Author comprehensive technical reports documenting findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience with tools and systems used for identity exploitation of biometric identity attributes and tradecraft, including biometric and biographic persona development.
- Knowledge of image comparison, facial recognition, or facial identification.
- Stay current with emerging biometric technologies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly.
- Minimum of 10 years with an associate’s degree; Minimum of 8 years with bachelor’s degree; Minimum of 6 years with master’s degree; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Additional four years of experience can be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
- Formal training in facial identification techniques through recognized law enforcement program
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in biometrics
- Intelligence Community (IC) experience
- Active IAT Level II certification
