As a Housekeeper, you’re not just keeping guest rooms spotless – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean all areas of assigned rooms to the highest quality and cleanliness standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows/tracks
- Refresh linens and amenities: Remove dirty linens, towels, and amenities from rooms and replace with fresh items
- Restock and organize supplies: Ensure the supply cart is fully stocked for efficient service
- Report maintenance needs: Identify and communicate any room maintenance issues to ensure prompt repairs
