What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be tasked with serving as the internal execution engine of the Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO), owning the day-to-day operational discipline of the PM function across PPM standards, portfolio reporting, PM onboarding, methodology, PSA tool administration, and revenue recognition reporting. You will not own client deployments; instead, you will ensure the PM function runs consistently and with visibility at scale, freeing the Manager of Project Management to focus on team leadership and executive engagement. You will act as a critical operational partner and force multiplier for the PMO as the team and portfolio grow.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and continuously improving PPM standards, templates, methodology documentation, and operating playbooks, and producing portfolio-level reporting on CSAT, time-to-delivery, PSC utilization, project health, and tier distribution.
- Owning revenue recognition reporting for the project portfolio, partnering with Finance on close cycles, milestone-driven revenue events, and reconciliation of project status to revenue impact.
- Tracking cross-project dependencies and surfacing portfolio-level risks, and supporting resource capacity planning and data-backed headcount recommendations with the Manager of Project Management.
- Owning administration and optimization of the PSA/PPM tooling stack, including configuration, workflow design, and integration with CRM and IM systems, and building/maintaining the PMO knowledge base in Confluence.
- Facilitating lessons-learned and continuous improvement processes, and designing and delivering PM-specific tooling and process training, including PSA workflows for intake, complexity scoring, tier assignment, and reporting.
- Operationalizing the project complexity scoring model and running portfolio-wide tier distribution analysis, and coordinating with implementation partners on PSA platform deployment and migration.
- Supporting partner management and contract administration, including SOW review and partner performance tracking, and preparing portfolio-level updates and recommendations for Professional Services leadership and the PMO Review Board.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- 7+ years of program management, portfolio management, or PMO experience within Professional Services, Consulting, or a comparable delivery environment.
- Strong process design, documentation, and reporting skills, with demonstrated experience building or scaling PMO infrastructure from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience administering PSA or PPM tooling such as Certinia, Kantata, Mavenlink, or OpenAir, and proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Experience supporting or owning revenue recognition reporting in a Professional Services context, with a working understanding of milestone-based, percentage-of-completion, or time-and-materials revenue recognition models.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in an internally-facing governance role without direct client engagement, and strong written communication skills for executive-level reporting and documentation.
- Experience designing and delivering training or onboarding programs for project management staff.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification, and familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition, complexity scoring models, or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
