You'll sit at the centre of the creative process, making sure the right things happen in the right order, blockers get flagged early, and our team has everything it needs to produce great work efficiently.What does the role involve?...Shoot preparation and logisticsResearch, shortlist, and book locations for lifestyle and studio shootsSource and contract on-camera talent, managing the admin process from initial outreach through to signed agreementsBuild and maintain shoot day schedules, ensuring all parties are briefed and prepared in advanceCoordinate kit, props, and any other production requirements ahead of shoot daysUGC creator coordination supportSupport the influencer team in briefing UGC creators, ensuring briefs are clear, on-brand, and delivered on timeTrack creator deliverables and chase outstanding content in a timely mannerMaintain an up-to-date view of creator...
