You will work across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and marketing teams to define packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies that strengthen both client outcomes and business performance. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong coordination across stakeholders and a deep understanding of cybersecurity services. Accountabilities:

    • Support the full lifecycle of cybersecurity offerings, including ideation, design, packaging, launch, enablement, sustainment, and retirement, ensuring alignment with business and market needs.
    • Partner with practice leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize services into scalable, repeatable components, including tiers, SKUs, and structured delivery models.
    • Coordinate day-to-day offering management activities, including intake tracking, governance support, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up across portfolio workstreams.
    • Develop and maintain go-to-market materials such as sales presentations, datasheets, proposals, catalogs, and enablement resources to support field teams and client engagement.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and pricing support, contributing to packaging decisions, margin optimization, and enterprise-level pricing strategies.
    • Support pre-sales activities including client discussions, RFP responses, and solution positioning to ensure consistency and clarity in service offerings.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to improve quoting, scoping, and contracting processes, including SOW development and cost modeling inputs.
    • Assist in the development of new cybersecurity offerings by supporting research, pricing models, staffing assumptions, collateral creation, and internal enablement efforts.
    • Stay current on cybersecurity threats, market trends, and client needs to continuously refine offerings and messaging strategies.
    • Requirements:

      • 5–10 years of experience in offering management, product management, program management, business operations, or go-to-market roles, preferably within cybersecurity or professional services.
      • Strong understanding of cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, threat detection, incident response, exposure management, or compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, CMMC, or healthcare/security standards.
      • Experience supporting pre-sales engagements, including proposal development, RFP responses, and client-facing solution discussions.
      • Proven ability to translate technical cybersecurity capabilities into scalable, client-ready offerings and structured service models.
      • Experience developing go-to-market materials, pricing models, packaging strategies, and sales enablement content.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing, margin analysis, financial modeling, or bid/scoping tools.
      • Demonstrated success working in cross-functional environments across sales, delivery, finance, legal, marketing, and operations teams.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
      • Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
      • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
      • Experience working with cybersecurity partners or ecosystem-driven go-to-market motions is a plus.
