Accountabilities:
- Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of agency, trading desk, brand, and DSP accounts across the assigned regional territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that generate demand, expand client relationships, and achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with multiple levels of decision-makers, including advertisers, agencies, in-house marketing teams, and programmatic buying partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of the advertising platform and clearly communicate its value proposition and differentiation to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive adoption of digital display and video advertising solutions.
- Partner closely with account management teams to ensure successful client experiences, maximize revenue opportunities, and maintain strong retention.
- Serve as a market representative, sharing customer feedback and industry insights to support product evolution and business growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of programmatic trends, buyer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities within the digital advertising landscape.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network across the buy-side ecosystem to create long-term commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives, client strategies, and revenue objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in online programmatic advertising sales, including at least 5 years in a dedicated sales role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic territories or high-value accounts.
- Extensive knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and optimization platforms.
- Established network of agency, brand, and buy-side contacts with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience selling performance-based advertising solutions, including CPA, CPC, and CPM campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital media strategies and advertiser objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may evolve.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for marketing technology and innovation.
- Competitive base salary range of approximately $140,000–$150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
