Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery management for Streaming Intelligence and Data Platform initiatives, translating product and AI/ML roadmaps into structured execution plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Partner closely with product leadership to co-plan quarterly and annual roadmaps, ensuring engineering capacity, vendor timelines, and strategic priorities are fully aligned.
- Drive execution of AI/ML pipeline initiatives, including model benchmarking programs, accuracy evaluations, and iterative improvement cycles across computer vision systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, data, QA, design, and external vendors to ensure alignment, delivery cadence, and timely resolution of risks and blockers.
- Manage delivery of data platform modernization efforts, including real-time streaming capabilities, data governance initiatives, and migration toward scalable analytics architectures.
- Track and report on key KPIs such as model accuracy, latency, content coverage, and adoption metrics, ensuring transparency and early identification of risks or deviations.
- Maintain strong program governance through dashboards, documentation, Jira/Confluence workflows, and executive-level reporting.
- 6–8+ years of experience in program or project management within software, data, or AI/ML-driven environments, with strong understanding of SDLC and PDLC frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex technical programs involving AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or streaming/media platforms.
- Working knowledge of machine learning concepts such as model evaluation, accuracy tradeoffs, prompt engineering, and iterative model improvement workflows.
- Strong ability to translate product vision into structured delivery plans while managing multiple cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage engineers, product leaders, and executive stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence, with experience driving governance and delivery consistency.
- Experience in AI-augmented workflows and a proactive approach to using automation tools to improve productivity and reporting.
