Accountabilities

    • Support multiple product teams by serving as a central business systems resource, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring smooth execution across product portfolios.
    • Partner with product managers, engineering, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable delivery plans.
    • Lead project execution by managing timelines, priorities, risks, stakeholder communication, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
    • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
    • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
    • Analyze operational workflows, develop business cases supported by ROI metrics, and contribute to continuous process optimization initiatives.
    • Utilize modern AI-enabled platforms, intelligent automation tools, large language models, and Microsoft technologies to improve documentation, reporting, analysis, and overall operational efficiency.
    • Create dashboards, executive reports, training materials, and maintain high-quality documentation while ensuring knowledge-sharing and documentation standards across teams.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
      • At least 7 years of experience in business systems analysis, product operations, project coordination, or similar roles within technology-driven organizations.
      • Experience working with cross-functional product, engineering, and business teams in large enterprise environments.
      • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and product-centric delivery models.
      • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
      • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools, intelligent automation platforms, and large language models to improve business processes and productivity.
      • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
      • Experience with API integrations, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), incident/change management, or certifications such as PMP, CBAP, CSM, or SAFe are considered strong advantages.
      • Experience in industries such as connected technology, device protection, insurance, warranty services, or related sectors is a plus.
