Job Summary  

We are the largest SaaS Management platform for Microsoft 365. What does this mean for you? The UX is the cornerstone of our platform. We aim to create value and make it usable and easy through seamless and effective User Experience. UX is at the very frontend of this enormously ambitious mission.  

Join our quest to conquer all competition, help us to create beautiful and intuitive UI, clear navigation paths, and work with Product Team and Stakeholders to storyboard ideas, build sketches. Help our Software Engineering team to create the best possible experience for our customers. 

 Job Responsibilities 

  • Advocating for the user and crafting UX solutions that meet critical business objectives 
  • Illustrate design ideas and concepts , from concept maps, flows, to high fidelity mockups.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes using Figma to clearly illustrate experience within the product
  • Identify and troubleshoot user experience (UX) problems (e.g. usability)
  • Conduct user testing and adjust designs based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style and brand standards for fonts, colors, and images
  • Stay informed on new, relevant UI trend to make sure we don’t miss out on game-changing opportunities to boost our productivity
  • Designing with scalability in mind and actively contributing to our design system, Creating simple, intuitive experiences in a space with complex rules and workflows 

Job Requirements 

  • Proven work experience as a Product Designer or similar role. 
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including products featuring AI tools.
  • Passion for the topic. You have a long-standing, proven passion for product design / interaction design / visual design.
  • Reasoning and depth of learning. You’re structured and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently, given the necessary knowledge. You learn new concepts and skills rapidly and look to understand stuff truly in depth.
  • Drive. You’re energetic, hard-working, and persevere through adversity until the job is done, and done well. You always aim for excellence in what you do.
  • Curiosity and initiative. You love exploring, and you’re entrepreneurial in seeking out new opportunities and testing new ideas of your own accord. You don’t just wait to be told what to do all the time.
  • Humbleness. You’re down to earth, eager to listen to people’s feedback and constructive criticism, and ready to get your hands dirty with whatever the team needs to succeed.
  • Experience working with and maintaining design systems in Figma, including components, libraries, and variables, as well as leveraging AI tools in the design process.
  • Clear communication skills: you can explain your ideas to designers, engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken: You have the confidence to work effectively in English, present your design, and engage in discussions with internal teams and customers around the world.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products or features.
