Associate Manager, People Operations
We have an opportunity for an Associate Manager, People Operations to join our HR Operations team in Bengaluru, India, reporting to the manager of People Operations. In this role, you will oversee the People Operations team supporting the APAC and India regions and help deliver outstanding employee services through operational excellence, team leadership, and process improvement.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor the People Operations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Oversee HR ticket management in ServiceNow (Ask HR), ensuring timely and accurate responses to tier-1 core HR, benefits, and absence inquiries
- Manage and optimize transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation across People Operations processes, championing innovation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
- Lead the development and maintenance of clear, scalable documentation for HR processes, ensuring alignment with global policies and procedures
- Champion the build-out and enhancement of the ServiceNow knowledge center, ensuring information is current, accessible, and valuable for employees
- Provide specialized support and ensure compliance across regions, addressing local regulations and cultural considerations
- Drive HR projects focused on process optimization, technology improvements, and employee experience enhancements
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across HR-related data and systems
- Support audit requests and ensure HR data and processes meet relevant regional regulations
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with HRBPs, global HR teams, and other key stakeholders
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 12+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, HRIS, or HR support, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- A positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing and motivating teams
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Expertise in HR systems, analytics tools, and process automation
- Experience leading or supporting the adoption of AI-driven tools, digital workflows, or intelligent automation
- A proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements at scale
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with HRBPs and global teams
- In-depth understanding of APAC and India labor laws, regulations, HR practices, and cultural nuances
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred

First 90 Days:
- Immerse yourself in Infoblox culture, connect with mentors, and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Assess team strengths and opportunities, and set clear goals for team development and service delivery
Six Months:
- Seamlessly oversee HR ticket management and Oracle HCM Cloud transactions while ensuring the team meets established SLAs
- Establish yourself as the go-to leader for tier-1 HR support across the supported regions
- Drive process improvements and knowledge center enhancements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Build strong partnerships with HRBPs, regional teams, and People Operations colleagues
One Year:
- Be recognized as a reliable, proactive leader for People Operations with strong relationships across HR and regional teams
- Lead the successful build-out and ongoing maintenance of the knowledge center so employees have easy access to accurate resources
- Champion significant process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency and enhance employee experiences
- Provide consistent, high-quality support for HR projects, including documentation, automation, and policy rollouts
