Cluster Civil Supervisor

As a Cluster Civil Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing daily operations of the physical building and systems maintenance and repairs – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day
- Supervise and develop the Civil Maintenance team: Train, schedule, and supervise civil technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality civil maintenance works.
- Ensure building safety and compliance: Inspect and maintain civil elements of the property, including walls, ceilings, flooring, waterproofing, doors, windows, and finishes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervise civil maintenance operations: Assign and oversee daily civil repair and maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance (PPM), corrective works, and refurbishment activities, with proper documentation.
- Oversee contractor civil works: Supervise external contractors, monitor progress, and inspect completed civil works to ensure quality and compliance.
- Respond to civil service requests: Ensure building defects, guest complaints, and civil repair requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain building finishes and fixtures: Conduct scheduled and reactive civil maintenance to keep hotel facilities, finishes, and structures in safe and excellent condition.
