**Job Description Summary** Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result. **Job Description** Export&Shipping Specialist Compliance Understand & follow Company Procedure and Policy EHS 100% Regulatory training Compliance with wearing protection equipment PPE Create a Mindset to report S&O's ATS Safety Closure in time Utilize proper PPE, safety equipment, and follow safety procedures Adhere to all applicable EHS rules and regulations and employee’s EHS responsibilities. Execution Responsible with export Accesses the Supplyline customer system, verifies if the system allows to deliver the subassemblies to the beneficiary. Provides the packing materials (cases, wrapping layer “pex”, plastics bags, plastics tape, screws, stickers) Create the export documents: Invoice in English language Invoice in Romanian language Note of Consumption Notice of liquidation Declaration for civil parts Hands over the merchandise to the commissionaire for transportation to the Customs, Collects the documents of export (Internal Customs Declaration, Airway Bill Update in Berg all the date that were received from Customs Hanging over of the following documents to the Financial Department: copies of: Internal Customs Declarations, Notice of liquidation, Invoice in English language, Invoice in Romanian language lead RFQ process Lean transformation Involve in AWO events Understanding of Lean tools **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No GE Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
