Assistant Director, Ministry Process Management (IT Project Management)
Role responsibilities
The Assistant Director will collaborate with IT partners to manage strategic initiatives for Operation Christmas Child and lead a team of project managers. They will also oversee project alignment, user story definitions, and ensure effective training and documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of related experience in project management, along with 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies. Comprehensive knowledge of OCC IT projects and strong data analysis skills are also required.
