Accountabilities:

    The Sr. Account Manager - Cybersecurity will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and coordinating internal resources to deliver impactful cybersecurity solutions.

    • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account management plans aligned with client business objectives, technology priorities, and cybersecurity needs.
    • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
    • Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation and contract execution.
    • Identify client security challenges and connect them with relevant cybersecurity services, technologies, and solutions.
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration with solution architects, client operations specialists, service teams, and leadership stakeholders to deliver effective client outcomes.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and margin targets.
    • Manage forecasts with accuracy, maintaining visibility into opportunities, risks, and business performance.
    • Apply structured sales methodologies to qualify opportunities, communicate value, and accelerate deal progression.
    • Partner with technology vendors and strategic partners to generate opportunities and maximize sales potential.
    • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by regularly reviewing goals, expectations, progress, and delivery outcomes with key stakeholders.
    • Coordinate communications between clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise sales experience, cybersecurity market knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

      • 5+ years of experience in product or services-based sales, preferably within a technology or cybersecurity organization.
      • Experience selling to public sector customers, particularly federal government organizations, is preferred.
      • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully developing territory and account expansion strategies.
      • Experience managing complex, multi-year sales cycles involving hardware, software, services, consulting, and security solutions.
      • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance markets, and competitive landscapes.
      • Ability to translate business objectives into cybersecurity strategies and solutions that address client risks.
      • Experience engaging and coordinating cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, technical support, and service delivery teams.
      • Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to create productive partnerships with senior client executives and business sponsors.
      • Experience selling consulting services and managed security solutions is a strong advantage.
      • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
