Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive People strategy that supports rapid international growth and aligns workforce planning with business objectives.
- Conduct a full assessment of existing HR operations, including organizational structure, compensation, compliance, talent processes, and key performance metrics, while identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
- Design and implement scalable HR processes covering onboarding, probation, performance management, career development, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Build a structured, data-driven recruitment framework, including hiring workflows, interview methodologies, manager enablement, and talent assessment processes.
- Establish HR dashboards and key performance indicators to monitor hiring efficiency, talent quality, retention, organizational performance, and workforce effectiveness.
- Create transparent grading, compensation, performance review, and OKR frameworks that support business growth and employee development.
- Lead global HR operations across multiple regions, ensuring effective collaboration with payroll providers, Employers of Record (EOR), and local compliance requirements.
- Select, implement, and optimize modern HR technology solutions, including HRIS, ATS, and workflow automation platforms.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing People & Talent team while coaching managers on leadership, hiring, feedback, and team development.
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on ownership, accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- 5–7+ years of experience leading HR or People Operations, including successfully building an HR function from the ground up within high-growth startups or scale-up organizations.
- Previous experience in FinTech, Crypto, high-growth SaaS, or other fast-scaling, multi-regional technology businesses is essential.
- Proven success supporting organizations through rapid growth, ideally scaling from approximately 50 to 200+ employees.
- Strong experience managing globally distributed teams and international employment models, including Employers of Record (EOR) and multi-country compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-term People strategies while remaining hands-on in implementing HR processes and systems.
- Data-driven approach to HR management, with experience using metrics, dashboards, and analytics to improve organizational performance and support business decision-making.
- Strong recruitment leadership with the ability to rapidly scale teams while maintaining hiring quality and cultural alignment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills, with the confidence to partner closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams.
- Experience implementing HR technologies, automation solutions, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Fluent Ukrainian or Russian and intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Comfortable working remotely across European time zones under a B2B contract.
