We are looking for a talented Supplier Capacity Manager - Powergen Projects to join our team specializing in Purchasing for our Power Systems Business in the Europe and the UK. This is a hybrid role and will require regular onsite collaboration.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead multiple procurement‑related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and performance goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, success metrics, and priorities that align with business and procurement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets, tracking performance and driving accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, using structured tools to minimize disruption and maximize positive outcomes.
  • Monitor and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and progress clearly and regularly to project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and optimize project resources, including expense and headcount planning, to support timely and efficient delivery.
  • Apply financial and business insight to guide decision‑making and support procurement value creation.
  • Capture, document, and share project learnings and best practices to strengthen execution across projects and teams. 

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong project management capability, with the ability to manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and competing priorities in a complex environment.
  • Capacity and capability assurance experience, ensuring key BOP suppliers have the manufacturing capacity, technical capability, and operational resources to meet current and future business demand.
  • Acts as a bridge between Supply Chain, Project Execution, Procurement, and Quality, with a strong focus on proactive risk management and long-term capacity planning.
  • Proven ability to develop and drive supplier performance metrics to improve delivery, quality, and responsiveness, working closely with corporate and cross functional teams.
  • Experience serving as a primary escalation point for supplier related issues, ensuring timely resolution while minimizing impact to project schedules and business objectives.
  • Financial acumen and business insight to support sound decisions and deliver procurement focused outcomes. 

Education/ Experience:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • Intermediate level of relevant professional experience, including team leadership or coordination experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional projects from planning through execution.
  • Familiarity with structured project management tools and methodologies for scope, schedule, risk, and resource management.

Ability to meet licensing or compliance requirements related to export controls or sanctions regulations, if applicable.
