Additionally, the position requires developing and implementing advanced technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology strategies is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored platform solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process and technology enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Account Reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess platform capabilities and recommend optimal solutions.
- Experience in managing enterprise platform implementations and integrations.
- Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation processes and related compliance standards.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in OneStream Account Reconciliations.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
