Job Description
The Lead, Marketing Campaign Management contributes to the operational execution of lead generation direct mail and email marketing. These campaigns primarily support our suite of Medicare products, aimed at prospective and current members. This Lead is responsible for overseeing the campaign creative development and strategy, process and productions, leading initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulation and Project management of direct mail creative strategy, campaign and processes
- Ensures campaigns operate at peak efficiency, staying on schedule and budget
- Manages and coordinates resources, scheduling, building and managing budgets
- Facilitates collaboration across internal teams to align on expectations, meets deadlines and increases productivity
- Manages outside vendors including advertising agencies and production facilities
- Maintains a high quality and compliance standard of product and delivery
- Recommends and evaluates processes, procedures and quality to gain efficiencies
- Develops and executes creative test strategies based on industry trends and internal data while infusing test and learn disciplines to improve key metrics
- Understands execution of measurement/ROI including tracking, analyzing and interpreting key metrics and results
- Requests and maintains materials and tracking identifiers
- Functions as an Industry expert bringing forth innovative ideas and new ways of thinking
- Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Ability to engage, educate, influence and guide others at all levels on the power of marketing as a business discipline
- 4+ years of project leadership experience
- Progressive levels of responsibility within a fast paced marketing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Prior health insurance industry experience
- Understanding of marketing metrics and program measurement

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
