WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Operational Excellence

  • Strong understanding of event setup and pack-down procedures
  • Knowledge of banquet operations, AV coordination, and room configurations
  • Ability to follow BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) accurately
  • Attention to detail in timing, presentation, and execution
  • RSA Compentancy card

 

Leadership & Accountability

  • Team members who take ownership of their section
  • Ability to lead casual and part-time staff during large-scale events
  • Calm decision-making during high-pressure service periods
  • Proactive problem-solving without constant supervision

 

Guest-Focused Mindset

  • Professional presentation and communication
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Quick resolution of complaints or service delays
  • Confidence dealing with corporate clients, weddings, and VIP guests
