Accountabilities:
- Design and manage event tracking architectures across web, mobile applications, and backend systems, defining event structures, properties, and naming standards.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation and consistent data collection.
- Manage end-to-end data flows across Martech platforms, ensuring events are collected, transformed, validated, and distributed correctly.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, including taxonomy, validation processes, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure reliable data quality.
- Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to support segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, personalization strategies, and experimentation initiatives.
- Define and maintain key business metrics such as activation, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Evaluate and implement Martech tools, integrations, automated workflows, and intelligent solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
- Develop processes and analytical capabilities that transform complex data ecosystems into actionable business insights.
- Strong SQL skills and analytical capabilities, with experience working with large datasets and translating business needs into structured analyses.
- Ability to approach complex problems through hypotheses, analysis design, and data-driven recommendations.
- Solid understanding of data quality principles, tracking strategies, and metric definitions.
- Experience with Martech ecosystems, including customer data platforms (CDPs), product analytics tools, engagement platforms, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with event-driven data models and marketing technology integrations.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage initiatives from planning through execution.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Experience building automated workflows, data validation processes, or analytical tools is considered a plus.
