About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life-cycle recruitment across Zenzero, from job design and attraction through to selection, offer management and onboarding. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers and the wider People and Talent team to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on sourcing role where proactive hiring will be key. While some vacancies will be filled through applications, many will require direct search, market mapping and headhunting to identify high-quality talent in competitive technology markets. You’ll work on roles across all levels and geographies, with a particular focus on hiring for our Service Desk teams.
Requirements
Essential:- Full life-cycle recruitment experience, gained either in-house at an RPO or an agency
- Experience recruiting within IT services, managed services, service desk or technical support environments
- A proven track record of proactive sourcing and headhunting, not just application management
- Experience working at pace and managing multiple vacancies or hiring priorities
- Experience hiring for multiple locations
Nice to Have:
- Experience using HiBob or a similar ATS
- Knowledge of both the South African and UK markets
- Experience identifying areas for process improvement and implementing change
Responsibilities
- Develop proactive talent attraction plans that support current and future workforce needs
- Partner with hiring managers and capability leads to understand hiring priorities, workforce gaps and role requirements
- Create accurate, engaging and inclusive role profiles and job adverts
- Source candidates through direct search, social media, job boards, CV databases, referrals and headhunting
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment process, providing timely updates, outcomes and feedback
- Coach hiring managers on selection methods, interview structure and assessment best practice
- Use recruitment data, reporting and dashboards to track performance and support continuous improvement
- Build market insight, salary benchmarking knowledge and strong talent pools across service desk, IT support and managed services talent markets
